This Moment

This Moment
"A single photo – no words – capturing a moment from the week.  A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember."
“This Moment” is a ritual found on Life inspired by theWee Man adopted from SouleMama which was introduced to me by Sarah-Jane, author of Almost There. If you find yourself touched by a Moment and would like to participate, post your picture on a Friday and leave your link in the comments section.

Really nice. Thought it was a rhododendron but then looked at the foliage...
Very leguminous!

Such intricate detail. If you look at it long enough you can hear the bees buzzing nearby waiting to taste the juicy nectar. Simply beautiful.

Thanks everyone for visiting! This is actually a weed that grows abundantly along our roadsides in wooded areas. It is actually only as big as my thumbnail, but smells beautiful and draws bees like no other flower (weed) I've ever seen :) Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Now that is the kind of weed I could welcome into my yard! Your photo actually gives me a blog idea to write about how kids are so wonderful at simply appreciating beauty... dandelions are a great example... Thanks for the inspiration! :-)

Our moment was at Jubilee Farm in Carnation, WA where we belong to their CSA program (and devour many strawberries along the way): www.smallhandsbigworld.blogspot.com
